Shipping & returns

Ready-to-ship items are prepared within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public holidays. Made-to-order products display their estimated production time before purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves the studio.

We currently ship throughout India. Standard tracked shipping is ₹149 and free on orders of ₹2,499 or more after discounts and before tax.

Estimated carrier transit time is 3–7 business days after processing. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if your delivery address is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

If tracking shows no movement for seven business days, email us with your order number. We will open a carrier inquiry and work with you on the next step.

Unused, unwashed, non-custom items may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in original condition with any included packaging and care card.

To start a return, email support@loopandloom.shop with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item back without authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Use a tracked service and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Slight variations in measurements, stitch tension, and color placement are normal characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Unless a product card states otherwise, hand wash cool with mild detergent, reshape, and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
